Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday AEST. Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched the same business day.
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment facility in Adelaide, Australia. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AUD $200 within Australia.
Orders under AUD $200 incur a flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $11.15.
Express shipping is available at checkout for AUD $12.95.
Tracking
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with tracking so you can follow your jacket from our hands to yours. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
Christmas Shipping Deadlines
As a guide, for delivery by 24th December:
- Free Standard Shipping: Order no later than 19th December (metro) or 15th December (NT and WA).
- Express Shipping: Order by Tuesday 23rd December (metro) or Monday 22nd December (NT and WA).
Risk & Responsibility
Risk transfers upon handover to the courier service. However, we remain available to assist with tracking and resolution where required. Please contact our customer care team if you experience any issues with your delivery.
