Product & Materials

Each piece is crafted from premium full-grain leather, a natural material valued for its individuality and character. Variations in colour, texture, grain, and markings are inherent features of genuine leather and should be appreciated as part of its unique nature.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the integrity of our work. Items must be returned within the stated return period, in original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase intact.

Change-of-mind returns may not be eligible for a refund if the item is not in resale condition. Where a product is faulty, not as described, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery

We dispatch orders promptly from our fulfilment facilities. Delivery timeframes vary by location and selected service. Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier operations or external factors beyond our control. Risk transfers upon handover to the courier service; however, we remain available to assist with tracking and resolution where required.
